Today I'll be starting my "get-in-shape-to-vacation-program". In the fall I'm going to a school with a lot of singing.. And dancing. I've never been a fan of moving my body too much, although I danced classical ballet when I was younger. Anyways, now I want to start dancing again, and my body have not been doing any workout since early 2010.
I can see that the way my body looks now is unhealthy, and today I'm going to start changing that.
All this new inspiration to exercise come from Cathrine @
